Personal Injury Claim Scenario 1

I have just been injured at work, but I am not sure what to do?

Claims arising from injuries at work comprise a two stage process - first, the Statutory Claim (which covers your immediate expenses and losses) and then the Common Law Claim (which covers you for your expenses and costs over the rest of your life).  Your employer will usually assist in commencing the Statutory Claim, but you will require a lawyer's assistance to commence the Common Law Claim.  Contact us to discuss your claim.

Personal Injury Claim Scenario 2

I have been hurt in a car accident which was not my fault.  Who will cover my medical expenses?

If injured in a car accident and you were not the driver at fault, you can make a claim against the other driver's Compulsory Third Party insurance.  The Insurer will cover your medical costs and assist in your rehabilitation, however you may also be entitled to damages should you be left with a permanent impairment as a result of your injury.  We can assist you in formulating your claim.

Personal Injury Claim Scenario 3

I fell over in a shopping centre due to their negligence.  Can I sue?

If you have been injured as a result of the negligence of someone else, then you may be able to get them to cover your medical costs and loss of income.  These cases are quite difficult and unlike work and motor accidents, the person at fault may not be willing to assist you until your claim is successful.  We suggest you discuss your potential claim with us first.
