Simon was admitted as a solicitor in 1993 after obtaining an Honours Degree in Law from Bond University. Simon joined the firm in 1996 as an associate and then became a partner of the firm in 1999. He is an Accredited Specialist in Property Law and conducts all development matters. Simon has the experience to set up single body corporate schemes through to the creation of complex volumetric subdivisions.
Juliette Nairn - Senior Associate

Juliette was admitted as a Solicitor in 1993 after obtaining an Honours Degree in Law from Bond University. Since 2000 Juliette has worked almost exclusively for bodies corporate in a range of litigation matters with a particular focus on building defects affecting strata buildings, insurance disputes and negligence claims (involving builders, architects, developers and engineers). Juliette has been an active member of NCTI, ISTM and CTIQ throughout her legal career often in a training/education capacity. Most recently she is a committed member of CTIQ.
Ben Strangman - Associate

Ben was admitted as a Solicitor after receiving a Law Degree with Honours at Bond University. After a hospitality management career spanning 14 years, Ben joined OMB upon completion of his degree. Ben enjoys the focus of practicing in body corporate law and his experience includes resolving contract disputes with caretakers/managers, the equitable adjustments of lot owner contributions within a scheme and general advice to bodies corporate ranging from removal of pets to enforcement of by-laws.
