ENDURING POWER OF ATTORNEY
An Enduring Power of Attorney (EPOA) is a separate legal document from your Will. It appoints someone (known as your Attorney) to make decisions on your behalf in the event that you are incapacitated or are unable to make decisions for yourself.
We strongly recommend that you prepare your EPOA as part of your Estate Planning review.
